Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Burn Foods. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on sundays or holidays. Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered the next working day, while orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days.

The delivery timings for most products will be between 1pm to 6pm on the respective days. Products like milk will be delivered separately in the morning between 8 to 11.30am. Frozen products like smoothie will also be delivered separately and at a separate time from other products.

Serviceable Pincodes

Burn Foods delivers across NCR with the exception of some Pin codes. You can contact us to check if we provide service in your pincode. The entire list of pincodes can be found in the link below.

If you have already placed an order with us and your pin code isn't serviceable, we will inform you for the same. In this case, you can either ask for delivery at a different address or a refund.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation message once your rider is on the way along with a tracking link.

Our Refund Policy  provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Refund Policy

At the time of delivery, you can return whatever you are not happy with and we will make the necessary adjustments to your order value. If a product is returned due to a change in mind, or a reason other than the quality of the product, and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee. In case you have already paid for the returned item previously (through an online transaction, or subscription), a credit will be offered for future transactions. For a particular item, a partial return is possible. Please send us a complaint in time! We are not able to credit or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of 2 days.
